Bell & Daldy, London, 1869. Vignette illustrations throughout. Large 8vo (8 3/4 x 5 3/4 inches), 456-pages. Contemporary full tan prize calf, sides with gilt border, that to the upper cover enclosing the gilt arms of the Forest School. Spine floral gilt in compartments and gilt lettered direct; some uneven fading to upper cover but overall very good and firmly bound, all edges marbled. Prize label on verso of front free endpaper.
