Hardcover. Condition: Good. 2nd English edition. With 12 wood-engravings on plates by Otto Speckler. 62 pp. Small 4to. Original blind- and gilt-stamped cloth. First published in English in 1844, Cloth cover fairly worn. Backstrip worn off. Foxing to frontispiece and title page. Lighter foxing to plates. The plate after page 14 is missing a small part of the lower corner. Rear endpaper and hinge is loosening but holding.
