Includes an original drawing signed Ruth Dodd and Loring Dodd mounted on the front free endpaper, with some light smudging to the upper part of the drawing. Amusing verses about dogs - really about the Dodd's Cocker Spaniel - illustrated with captioned drawings of the dog colored in golden tan. Pictorial tan hardcover with tan cloth spine, illustrated endpapers, 68 pages. Some rubbing, soil and darkening to the upper and lower edges of the front cover, good hinges, sound text blcok, clean pages with a 1933 gift notation at the bottom of the front free endpaper, no other markings.. Signed and with a Sketch By the Author. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
