Octavo (21.25cm.); original cloth, spine label printed on orange stock; green pictorial dust jacket; xiv,[2],275pp. Extremities rather dust-soiled, especially to top textblock edge, jacket spine a hint faded and rather cockled from damp. Very Good in About Very Good jacket. The Russian Count's memoirs as told to British feminist novelist Stella Benson and published less than a year before the latter's death in December, 1933.
