Marbled end papers, probably relatively new. Contents: front free end paper with blank verso, 2 blank leaves, stub of lost leaf, title page with blank verso, half title blank verso, then Dedication (George Prince of Wales), Bentley's Introduction, de Metris Terentianis etc, all paginated to xxv, then paginated 1-444, then illustration, Phaedri title with blank verso, Dedication with blank verso, Bentley's Saluti, Testimonia de Phaedro, Testimonia de Publio Syro, Index to Fables, then paginated 1-87. Condition notes: Rear board detached, first plate missing. Old sale label to corner of rear board. Pages clean and bright.
