Moderate handling wear. Xeroxed copy of the typescript for the 2-act domestic comedy, set in a New York City loft apartment on New Year's Eve; title page Xeroxed from the playbill of an otherwise uncredited production (directed by Milton Katselas, starring Robert Foxworth, Jeff Druce and Claudette Nevins); with similarly uncredited scale drawing of the set, plus a list of properties and cues at rear (6 additional leaves in all). Date is conjectural; with typed legend 'jlc / s.f. / 8/26/75' on last leaf. Bound in dark yellow medium stock, 3 silvered brads at spine edge, logo and imprint of International Creative Management printed white on upper wrapper.1 b/w Illustration (title page); 1 b/w Diagram.
