Date is conjectural; with typed legend 'jlc / s.f. / 8/26/75' on last leaf. Bound in dark yellow medium stock, 3 silvered brads at spine edge, logo and imprint of International Creative Management printed white on upper wrapper.1 b/w Illustration (title page); 1 b/w Diagram.
