Assume First Edition, c. 1904, no note of further printings. Brown cloth binding tight, bright & clean w/ just a trace of edge wear; very slight lean to spine. NO bumps, frays, rubs, scuffs or spine discolor. All color decoration (incl. prospector & his tools) & lettering on cover & spine are crisp & intact. Text is tight, clean & unmarked w/ only a hint of toning (endpapers especially bright). NO brown spotting, hinge splits, owner names, etc.; NOT ex library.
