A publisher's note states that the new material is "aggregating some eighty pages." Gray-green paper-covered boards with gilt titling on spine and front cover. Clean text; xiii, 154 pages. Frontis portrait of Wilde by J.E. Kelly from 1882. Edited, with a Prefatory Dedication, By Robert Ross. There are previous-owner stamps on both front and rear endpapers. Some rather faint darkening around the margins. The dustjacket has some edgewear, with chipping along the top edges and one at the foot of the spine. In an archival plastic protector.. Second American Edition. Hard Cover. Near Fine/Very Good. Illus. by J.E. Kelly. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.

Synopsis

Oscar Wilde wrote this while in prison to his friend and lover Lord Alfred Douglas. This love letter is a profound look into the personal life of Oscar.
