Hardcover. lxxxvii, 371p., no illustrations, hardbound in 8.5x5.5 inch royal-blue boards gilt and blind, covers bear a badly rubbed area along the upper joint, we find unopened leaves within and a crack in the text block at pp.208/09. A few dealer penciling on a blank, a good (good-only) copy. FYI, bulk of text tends to the soporific (memberships &c).
