New York, NY: The Association of Railroad Air Brake Men, 1897. Flexible Card. Very Good. Full leather over flexible card, title stamped in gilt onto upper cover, 8vo (8-3/4 inches [22.2 cm] tall), all edges stained red, floriated endpapers, pp. (1-7), 8-240, illustrated with charts and line drawings throughout - one a 4 panel fold-out, list of members, by-laws, index. Volume with wear and soil to covers, endpapers soiled, p.o. rubber stamp to 2nd fep, a one inch closed tear to head of ffep and 2nd fep, text with occasional finger soil and one leaf with an old corner crease. Wherein the latest air-brake innovations and reports are presented, printed and made available to the 276 members then belonging to the recently formed association.
