Octavo, xvi, 339, [2] (blank), [3] (publisher's catalogue) pages. Cloth lettered in gilt; extremities slightly bumped and rubbed; spine lightly sunned and very slightly marked; small stain on top edge; leading edges slightly chafed; a very good copy. Provenance: Alex Melrose, Australian playwright and poet, with his pencilled ownership signature on the half-title, and his bookplate on the front pastedown (designed, and signed in pencil, by Adrian Feint).
