1907, First Edition, March 1907 Publication Date. Presumed first printing as there are no other printing dates stated. Minor bumping to corner covers and very minor age wear. There are a couple of pages with very light pencil marks, else internals are very clean and bright. Binding is tight, however, minor cracking on back inside hinge.
