An examination of the industrial processes used to spin worsted. Green cloth cover with gilt on spine. Many B&W illustrations, as well as two B&W photographic plates. Appendix contains five drawings printed on glassine and one fold-out illustration on paper, all intact.

Jacket has some stains and discoloration on front and back. Small markings on rear endpaper.
