Book covers the prevention and control of diseases in the armed forces during the war. Octavo (26 cm), xiv, 394 pp. Maroon cloth binding. From private collection. Based on similar books in our inventory, this book appears to be deaccessioned from the Fort Devens Medical library. Endpapers show some scuffs where bookplates and other labels were removed and there is a faint "22" written on the book's spine. No stamps or similar institutional markings. Boards bow ever so slightly (not pronounced).
