Book is hand-set and letter-press printed by Juanita Bishop, Gretchen Moyer, and Steven Styers. Hand bound in cloth by Don Rash. An exceptionally clean, tight copy of an exceedingly scarce title designed, printed and bound to the highest quality standards. First Edition. Cloth. Fine. Octavo. Private Press.
