Book has hint of shelfwear to boards, binding tight, text clean and unmarked. DJ has mild sun to spine, rubbing, front flap creased, now in archival mylar wrap. Paul O'Neill, an important economist and corporate leader, who was Chair of Alcoa, deputy director of the OMB during the Nixon-Ford-Carter administrations, and Secretary of the Treasury during part of the Bush-Cheney first term (fired for disagreements and insubordination on tax and fiscal matters).
