About This Item
Montreal: Tundra Books, 1994. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Near Fine. This is a first printing of the first edition, with a complete number line. It is autographed by both author and illustrator on the title page. The interior of the book is crisp and clean. There is a small patch of white-out on the front-free end paper (presumably hiding the name of a former owner) but no other marks or signs of use. The illustrated covers are bright, with no wear. The dust jacket is not clipped, and again shows no wear. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. A lovely copy. Our scanner can't capture the whole front of the book in one image, so the attached scan doesn't include about 1 inch of the bottom edge. Supplementary scans can be sent on request. Synopsis: a picture book showing life on a farm in the Prairie Provinces. Each month has a full page illustration and a short story about a little boy and his family.
