Condition notes: Volumes II-IV are closer to 'like new' with no observed notes; no spine creases, wrappers show light wear; one small stain observed to a single page in vol II. Vol I is merely 'very good' - shows a spine crease, a small number of pp have discreet pencil notes; light wear to wrappers, dime-sized stain to tail edge. A remarkable work by a noted historian of the North Branch/Chisago County, Minnesota Region.
