Each volume is replete with b&w (with some color) photos, reproductions from local newspapers, ads, line drawings, tables, plat maps. Condition notes: Volumes II-IV are closer to 'like new' with no observed notes; no spine creases, wrappers show light wear; one small stain observed to a single page in vol II. Vol I is merely 'very good' - shows a spine crease, a small number of pp have discreet pencil notes; light wear to wrappers, dime-sized stain to tail edge. A remarkable work by a noted historian of the North Branch/Chisago County, Minnesota Region. This is a large set, weighing in at about 12 pounds total - extra shipping will likely be required above the standard charge. We personally inspect every book we offer.

Paul had been providing online booksales since 2008 through several popular online sales venues. In 2021 Paul was accepted as a member of the Independent Online Booksellers' Association (IOBA), and graduated from the annual Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar (CABS-Minnesota).
