No dust jacket. 92 pp includes seven pages of supplement added to "keeping up with the progress made in the ice cream trade." Text block clean, unmarked and lightly sunned typical of age and materials used. No prior owner attribution. A small chip marks the front spine near the top head. The book covers "explaining the freezing process, the handling of ice and salt, the keeping of ice cream...in fact everything for a man in the ice cream business worth knowing." Few copies of this 1912 version are known to exist.
