Weider Publications, 1973. Softcover. Very Good. Noted bodybuilder Joe Weider's Be Popular, Self Confident and a He-Man. Scarce. 6 pp. 11" x 8 1/2". Tight, unmarked copy with minimal shelf wear. Weider, aka "Trainer of the Stars," was a Canadian bodybuilder and entrepreneur who co-founded the International Federation of Bodybuilders (IFBB) alongside his brother Ben Weider. He was also the creator of the Mr. Olympia, the Ms. Olympia and the Masters Olympia bodybuilding contests and publisher of several bodybuilding and fitness-related magazines, most notably Muscle & Fitness, Flex, Men's Fitness and Shape as well as the manufacturer of a line of fitness equipment and fitness supplements.
