VERY GOOD book / FAIR jacket: book has minor wear to extremities, gentle bumping to corners, faint spine crease; jacket is edgeworn separated at front, spine sunned, price-clipped, now all quite lovely in protective mylar. "When Alice Barton, who had never been to a gathering of quite this kind before, was invited by the terrifying Lord Pomfret to Pomfret Towers, she wished she were dead." and it goes uphill from there!
