The text of the book is the log, written by Buddy Ebsen, of the 'Polynesian Concept', in the 1968 Catamaran Yacht Race from Los Angeles to Honolulu. The text contains sixteen pages of black and white photographs, and a summary of race data. A very good copy in a dust jacket with light edge wear, and light chipping at the base of the rear fold.
