The 17th novel in Haggard's well-regarded 1960s-80s spy-thriller series featuring Charles Russell of England's Security Executive. This one sees the recently retired Russell help fight a gang of Indian drug dealers led by the Man, head of a ruthless criminal empire. Remainder marks on top edge of text, bookseller's stamp on front end page, o/w text is clean, square and tight with some age-tanning. Pictorial covers show wear at the edges and corners, price sticker on lower corner of back cover and dime-sized damage spot on front cover where another sticker was apparently removed, o/w no tears, no significant chipping or creasing. A decent reading copy of a hard-to-find book.
