Beautifully bound in original blue, brown, gold and black stamped cloth, all edges gilt, all text with red borders, includes biographical sketch, index, 196 pages plus publisher's ads, illustrated by b&w plates, frontispiece with tissue guard. A superb copy, no bumps to corners or boards, spine square and solid, hinges as-new, just a trace of shelfwear along edges & previous owner's name on front endpaper. Crisp and clean, no foxing, very nice.
