London and New York: Frederick Warne and Co., 1898. Hardcover. Very Good. Thick 12mo. 608 pages. The "Imperial" Poets. Illustrated with six tipped in photos from Poulton's Series including the frontispiece. Full green leather binding with raised bands and gilt decorations on spine. Emblem in gilt on the front board of the Marlborough College. Slight wear on binding, but solid, square, and tight. All edges marbled. Marbled end papers. Previous owner's gift inscription dated 1899 on the first blank page. Light foxing on a few pages at beginning and end. Interior of book is very clean. An attractive edition.
