London: Henry Frowde, 1898. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Beautifully bound in full leather, very carefully and professionally restored. Five raised bands along spine with gilt title on title-plate, gilt decorations in compartments, and around the edges of the front and back boards. Marbled closed page edges and end papers. Hinge and text block firm, previous owner paste-down inside the front, and hand written gift inscription to the first free end paper. Pages smooth, clean, unmarked. A lovely copy.
