The works of English poet Edmund Spenser (ca1552-1599), including his most famous work The Faerie Queen and a biographical essay by E de Selincourt. 736pp, illustrated with contemporary black and white drawings to the text. Silver lettering to spine, top edges tinted. Slight bumping to spine and corners, a few small turned corners, former owner's name to endpaper and a few notes in ink to the text and margins, in particular to a few pages of The Faerie Queen, otherwise good copy..
