Boston & New York: Houghton, Mifflin and Company, 1894. This is an attractively-bound late-Victorian edition of Tennyson's works. First Edition Thus, part of the "Household Editions of the Poets." Tan decorative cloth binding, with titling and decorations in black and gilt. Clean text; x, 823 pages, with an index of First Lines. There is no publication date, but a previous-owner signature dated 1894 seems about right; others in the series have been dated here. Mildly rubbed at the margins with very mild bumping, else a Fine copy that presents well.. First Thus. Decorative Cloth. Near Fine/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
