In a quarter morocco binding with marbled paper to the boards. Externally, generally smart. Some marks to the boards and spine. Light sunning to the spine. Rear joint is cracked and tender, with front joint starting. Ink signature dated 1931 to front free-endpaper. Internally, generally firmly bound although slightly strained in places. Pages are bright, though with some light marginal browning. Good

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
