"Presentation Copy" blind stamped on title page. Collects all the plays performed at Yeats' influential Abbey Theatre in Dublin.

NY: The Macmillan Company. NF. 1924. Reprint. Hardcover. First printing, (March 1924) of this new and revised edition bound in green patterned cloth with gold spine lettering and decorations. Unico rn black & white illustration on both endpapers. 5" x 8", 455 pages. A Near Fine in a Fair dust jacket. The book has some off-setting from the inner dust jacket flaps to its fly leafs. The dust jacket has a sh allow 2cm long chip to the upper left edge of the front panel and a 2c m chip on the spine next to the author's printed name, affecting only a tiny piece of the M in William. The spine backstrip has also detache d itself from the front panel along the seam and has two small pieces of clear tape repair to the verso of the backstrip. Despite the jacket wear book has a decent look in this scarce dust jacket. .

London: Macmillan, 1922. First edition limited to 1500 copies, with Rare, repaired Dusr Jacket. Title page blind-stamped: "Presentation Copy". Bound in the classic pale green with stamped decorations and with gilt letters on spine, in Very Good condition, but for one tiny drop (water damage?) on spine. Inside front and back covers decorated with unicorn, crystal, bird, starry sky, crescent moon. Pre-title page has former owner's name in ink (R. Bertenshaw?). Else clean and tight copy, with mostly uncut pages. Repaired paper cover is in brown with black printed title on cover and spine, with some visible chips around top of spine and extremities. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good Minus. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" Tall.

Bookplate from previous owner, Edwin H Stern, pasted to the first free end paper. Small bookshop sticker in lower corner of back end paper. Deckled edged pages. Binding is square and tight. Minor wear to spine ends and corners, upper corners are gently bumped (see photo). Boards and spine have a few faint spots and rubbing. Title paste down on spine is browned, and a bit mottled and rubbed. Additional photos provided upon request.

Publisher's brown paper covered boards over green cloth spine with title labels on upper board and spine. Near Fine, with faint fading to spine cloth, and toning to spine label, corners bumped, small tear to bottom gutter of half-title page. In a fair slipcase, rubbed and worn, split along two bottom joints and lacking the top panel. Else a stunning copy, in much nicer condition than as normally found in.
