London: Duckworth, 1929. First Edition, First Printing. SIGNED by John Galsworthy on the limitation page. Octavo, 1,150 pages. Very good copy of the first edition, first printing of this 27-play collection. Corners lightly bumped. Lacking the dustjacket.

This is number 720 of 1,275 copies printed on handmade paper, of which 1,250 copies were for sale. A sales receipt from the Phoenix Book Shop in New York, dated Dec. 5, 1929, is loosely laid in.
