Brown cloth with gilt lettering and decoration. Contains black and white photographs and colour illustrations throughout. Heavy water staining to board edges. Pages are bright with light tanning and foxing to free endpapers and text block edges. Former owner's inscription to front paste-down, with occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Water mark to corner of rear pages. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with notable bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a pronounced forward lean and bow. Heavy water staining to board edges. Inscription to front board.
