Leather is rubbed on the spine and board edges. Light toning to some of the pages. Illustrated with steel engravings and a couple of color floral illustrated pages. 25 pages used for short to lengthy written inscriptions. One leave has a small oval photograph of an unnamed lady. Dates of inscriptions range from 1854 to 1864. The majority of locations mentioned are from Pittstown. One inscription was from Hosick. "Private library label of B. Franklin Agan No. 17" on the front paste down.
