Laguna Beach, CA: Hastie Printers, 1967. Hardcover. Good/good. 178 pp, with illustrations from photographs. Signed by both authors on the front free endpaper. Spine is slanted and there is some deep scratching to the front cover. Binding is tight and interior clean. In the original dust jacket, which shows the same scratching, as well as chipping to the spine ends. Sketches of early settlers, institutions, and social life in Laguna Beach from the 1870s to circa 1940.
