The binding is shows moderate rubbing and wear. Secure inner hinges. Some foxing and browning to the endpapers. Prior owner's bookplate (Alex Alan Mays) is on the front pastedown. Text is unmarked. Illustrated with black and white drawings by the author. Don Blanding (1894-1957) was a poet and journalist who served both in WWI and WWII. He moved to Hawaii in 1915 and was sometimes informally known as the "Poet Laureate of Hawaii." This is a volume of poetry.
