Boston: Little, Brown and Company, 1982. First edition. Hardcover. Very good+/Very good+. With plate signed by Mailer affixed to front flyleaf! Purple cloth boards in dust jacket, octavo, not illustrated. Book has hint of rubbing, spot of soil to bottom edge of front board, binding tight, text clean and unmarked but edges of block are foxed. DJ has mild rubbing, edgewear that includes a couple small tears, now in archival mylar wrap.
