Interleaved with 18 leaves of plates, each printed on both sides, often with multiple photographic images. Plus colour lithograph map. Free endpapers printed on different paper, the first on floral embossed paper printed in Japanese, the last with mounted floral shaped seal with author's name above text in Japanese. HARDCOVER, bound in the original publisher's boards, green cloth spine, upper cover illustrated with English title printed in gilt; extremities trifle rubbed, blank back cover bit soiled, browned. In about fine condition. A well preserved copy. ~ A thorough documentation of Tokyo prefecture comprising of excellent photographs accompanied by details descriptions. Very rare, no record found in any worldwide data base. G-6 OUT
