There is a small mark to the surface of the top right corner of the front cover, and a small gold dot to the base of the spine. Previous owners name and the date 18th May 1987 to lower right corner of the front endpaper. Binding sound. Light foxing to title page, last page of text and to fore-edge of textblock. More than 80 b/w images in this retrospective volume of the career of Max Yavno (1911-1985), who began his career in the 1930s when he was a young photographer in New York, through to Los Angeles, Jerusalem and Cairo..
