A touch musty, thus a very good copy in a dust jacket with 2-inch crease to one corner and short snag at the spine head, else near fine. Inscribed by the author to one of her subjects, who appears on page 30: 'For Paul Kantner, Annie Leibovitz, New York, November 1991.'
