London: Sold by Peter Elmsly, Printer to the Royal Society,, 1796. first edition; quarto (leaves 24 cm. tall), 277, [1] (errata), 26 (Meteorological Journal), iv (title and contents for Part II.), [279]-510, [6] (index) pp., 15 plates with one of them double page and the others folding); lacks the title page and contents for Part I. (all of signature A) and the last leaf of the index, general age toning and needs careful handling, early and late leaves margin chipped with no loss, one table shaved with minor loss, several of the plates shaved at outside margin also with minor loss, lacks any sort of binding and partially disbound, working copy only, sold as is. - If you are reading this, this item is actually (physically) in our stock and ready for shipment once ordered.
