US: Mycroft & Moran, 1966. First Edition. Hardcover. Very Good -/Very Good. First Edition. 2,000 copies printed. Black cloth over boards with gilt particulars to spine. Pages are clean and unmarked. Text block is tanned with foxing to top edge. Boards are clean with moderate wear to extremities; ends of spine are bumped and rubbed; gilt is moderately tarnished. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket is clean with light creasing to extremities; back cover is moderately scuffed and rubbed. Dust jacket is covered in a protective mylar jacket.
