About This Item
Petropolis, Brazil: Van Dijk, 1958. Book. Good+. Cloth. Signed by the Artist. SIGNED and warmly inscribed by the artist. 40 sketches of the Brazilian town on overlong pages. Fine glossy paper. Prints suitable for framing. Beautifully crisp and bright design of the coat of arms of Petropolis on the front cover. Endpages with handdrawn maps of the town. Covers with moderately notable wear and worn corner tips. Allover patchy soiling spots may be cleanable. Repaired spine hinge. Internally very presentable, with the exterior showing a bit of age but still holding up well. Please note the blurry scan is because this book is too big to lie flat on my scanner. Scarce!
