First Edition, one of 100 from a total issue of 123; 8vo; handsomely rebound in 3/4bright red morocco and marbled paper boards, spine with gilt lettering, marbled endpapers, t.e.g., original wrappers bound in, fine. Illustrated with a frontispiece author portrait by Ossip Zadkine and hors-texte reproductions after eleven original drawings by Fernand Leger.
