Bound in publisher's navy blue cloth, bright gilt lettering imprinted to spine. Matte dj features Guernsey and Alden's "Position of the Confederate Army When the Surrender Was Announced." xiv pp prelim material, 305 numbered pp, plus one blank following. Figures and maps,notes, bibliographic essay, index. Condition notes: quite a nice copy, the main flaw being the spine is cocked off square enough to downgrade to merely good. Otherwise all is well - clean, tight, unmarked, sharp corners, light wear/no tears or chips to dj. We personally inspect every book we offer.

Furrowed Brow Books was established in 2020. The bookstore's owner, Paul Purman, grew up in an old farmhouse full of books. Paul had been providing online booksales since 2008 through several popular online sales venues. In 2021 Paul was accepted as a member of the Independent Online Booksellers' Association (IOBA), and graduated from the annual Colorado Antiquarian Book Seminar (CABS-Minnesota).
