Portland: Binfords & Mort, 1967. Octavo (22.5cm). Silver cloth titled in blue, in brown dust jacket; pictorial endpapers with maps; [xii],[364]pp; black and white plates. Bookplate of noted zoologist James G. Mead to verso of front free endpaper. Gently rubbed, front free endpaper rippled from bookplate glue, else clean: Very Good. Jacket price-clipped, edgeworn with several small chips to top edge, else Very Good.

Ogden explored many areas in the American West, including in Oregon, California, and Utah.
