Includes signed typed letter in mailing envelope of Jacob Blanck with Library of Congress letterhead, dated March 5th, 1941 to his friend Sol Malkin, American Bookfinder, confirming news of pregnancy and sharing views about joint acquaintances; Blanck's bibliographical entries for 113 American Juvenile books plus 43 "border-line selections", chosen by librarians and collectors at the time. Published originally on August 1, 1938, it was out of print already five weeks later; 8vo; [4], vi, 153, [1] pages; Signed by Author .
