Back cover split at outer fold about 2/3 from top. Well worn and scuffed edges, tear to front edge of spine cover. Text block is securely stitched. Pages yellowed with age but unmarked. Photos on request. ; 9.75 X 7.0 X 2.75 inches; 1026 pages .
