New York: The Abbey Press. Good with no dust jacket. 1900. First Edition. Hardcover. 109 pp + ads. Frontis plate of Jennings. Title page in red and black. Small octavo. Cream cloth covers with front pastedown are age darkened, scar from library sticker to bottom front, library marks on spine. Interior has normal library marks including removed pocket, otherwise clean and unmarked. A quite scarce little volume, the author was an engineer who became a noted speaker on Trusts and was very active in the anti-Trust movement. This is his first book. ; Ex-Library; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 109 pages .
