Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn with some slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped and spine ends are a little crushed. With some tanning to spine and edges. Water marks to boards and spine. Moderate wear to dust jacket with tears, chips and creases to spine, edge and corners. With some tanning to spine and edges. Clipped.

A classic account of the degradation of a tribe of Canadian Indians focuses on the fate of the Ihalmiut people of Northern Canada who suffered cultural decline, food shortages, and outside exploitation throughout the twentieth century.
