Constable and Company Ltd, 1916 224 pages. Cover is very worn and stained - particularly along the front and back edges, where the book's fabric covering has worn away a little. Spine is very faded and stained, and bumped at edges. Previous owner's name and address written in ink on inside of front cover. Pages are very yellowed and worn, and have deckled edges and foxing. Some of the last pages are torn or mis-cut. Pages tightly bound. Condition consistent with age of book. Also enclosed with the book is a flyer (presumably belonged to previous owner) - for a series of Educational Lectures, by the 'Dartford Divisional Labour Party: East Wickham and Welling Women's Section.' The author's view of how Germany has attempted to 'prepare the way for political influence' in England. . Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket.
